GALLEY The galley of a boat is one of the most frequently used areas that should have good style form and function. If the budget permits, we manufacture all galley fittings in-house and build them into the boat. We use proprietary galley work surfaces with capped ends and good quality drawer and cupboard fittings. Work surfaces and splashbacks can be tiled however. Microwave cookers, refrigerators and ovens/hobs are normally built-in. Galley sinks are full sized domestic twin bowl designs with monobloc mixer taps. If the budget does not permit us to build-in galley fittings we can use proprietary domestic kitchen units with colour co-ordinated vinyl encapsulated MDF doors and drawer fronts.
